I'm so IRRITATED!!!! i juz want to ask about a simple thing regarding my work study scheme payment coz 1 payment was missed out and i have to spend 30min making the phone calls directing to at least 4 different persons and having to repeat my story 4 times WITHOUT getting an ans to my enquiry!!! at end, they ask me to SEND IN AN EMAIL so that they can make the investigation!!!!! ARGHHHHHHHH!! is this how efficient our school ofice of finance can get? it is not the first time liao lor, since past whenever i want to amke an enquiry with office of finance they will direct here n there all say not under their responsibility.
